Your budget in RM, who will live there and how you will use the rooms. Add your preferred area and when you hope to move. If you are still deciding, tell me what you know so far.
Can we shortlist before I visit Malaysia?
Yes. We can compare the layouts and costs first. Share your travel dates when you have them, so we can work out which homes to view during your visit.
How do I compare two similar units?
Start with usable room sizes, facing and what is included. Then compare the buying costs, ongoing charges and when you can move in. Keep a list of anything that still needs confirmation for each unit.
